Kaki vinegar　柿酢　【英語】

This pure persimmon vinegar is made with only persimmons and yeast and is slowly aged.

Rich in minerals, polyphenols, amino acids and vitamins.
It has no peculiarities and is mild, so you can use it in the same way as rice vinegar.

柿と酵母だけで、じっくり熟成させてつくった純柿酢です。
