Dried persimmons with a deep flavor that have been left to rest for a long time.

Combined with flavorful yuzu-scented yolk filling.

じっくり寝かせた深い味わいの干し柿。風味豊かな柚子香る黄身餡を合わせました。

Kurumiru　くるみる　【英語】

Delicious dried persimmons from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture are carefully opened one by one, and the center is filled with light whipped white chocolate and roasted walnuts wrapped in dried persimmons.

Slice it thinly and enjoy it as an accompaniment to tea or wine.

A mint-flavored throat lozenge jointly developed by Mikakuto, a confectionery maker,

with Nara Medical University and MBT.We use our persimmon juice.

お菓子メーカーの味覚糖が奈良県立医科大学・MBTと共同開発したミント味ののど飴です。

当社の柿渋を使用しています。

Kakishibu candy　柿渋飴　【英語】

This candy is made by blending high-purity Nara-style persimmon juice manufactured in-house

with traditional Kyoto candy that has a light taste.

あっさりとした味に仕上げられる昔ながらの京飴に、自社製造の高純度の奈良式柿渋を配合した飴です。

■Ingredients: Sugar (manufactured in Japan), starch syrup, oligosaccharide/persimmon tannin

Hoshi gaki　干し柿４個入り　【英語】

It is the same product as Mitsu-ju-kaki, but it is smaller, harder, and non-standard.

蜜珠柿と同じ商品ですが、小さかったり硬かったり規格外の商品です。

Fresh and juicy dried persimmons are cut into bite-sized pieces and wrapped in Yoshino Honkudzu.

You can enjoy various flavors depending on how it is defrosted.

完熟柿のようにみずみずしい干し柿を一口大にカットして吉野本葛で包みました。

解凍具合でさまざまな味わいが楽しめます。

Store frozen. Defrost for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

冷凍保存。お召し上がる前に１５分～２０分解凍してください。
